School Maintenance Position

Full time maintenance person needed for school setting.  

M- F 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Occasional weekends.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Full benefits package.

Duties include: Minor and routine maintenance repairs and janitorial duties. Including:furniture moving, dry walling, light repair work, cleaning, vehicle maintenance, driving, building safety inspections, general clean-up of grounds including; seasonal lawn care and snow removal.  Applicant must have good communication skills and the ability to work independently and follow instructions in a safe manner.

* Must have valid NYSDL and CDL-C license with P&S endorsements.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
* Required to pass pre-employment background check.
